Heirs of Narcissus – Homoerotic Photography II

Alexander Cruz by Tony Veloz – I

Heirs of Narcissus – homoerotic photography experiment. Men’s body exposed to photographers. Celebrating beautiful men’s body.

First, let’s remind ourselves of the myth. In Ovid’s version, the nymph Echo falls in love with Narcissus, a youth of extraordinary beauty. As a child, Narcissus had been prophesied by Teiresias, the blind prophet of Thebes, to ‘live to a ripe old age, as long as he never knows himself’.

This is a great example of black and white photography of male body that creates homoerotic feelings.

I must say that I am impressed by photographer’s skills. Just have a look at model’s eyes.
