From Bangkok to Macau
I must admit that my preference when traveling is urban environment rather than isolated tourist resorts.
Cities provide a landscape where it often feels like the world converges: a place that brings together people from all over the state, region, country or even the world, in a unique environment, resulting in a buzzing atmosphere that is bursting at its seams with creativity and a constant stream of new ideas: from culture and customs, to food to language.
Both, Bangkok and Macau offer full range of accommodation suitable for any traveler. Let’s splash a little bit this time around. Maybe you should consider these two hotels
Crown Towers, Macau
Macau is known for its ostentatious and often garish architecture. The Crown Towers, although situated in the City of Dreams, catering to an entirely different crowd, looks the other way: offering hints of luxury without ever going over the top.
The Peninsula Bangkok
The Peninsula Bangkok, which enjoys a legendary reputation among luxury travellers for being one of Asia’s best city hotels. All guests at this elegant hotel enjoy river-views from each of the hotel’s 370 rooms thanks to the W-shaped structure. In addition to the relaxing, long three-tiered pool that stretches into the river and surrounded by Thai salas, one of the best highlights at The Peninsula Bangkok is the River Café and Terrace, that serves some of the city’s best mixed buffets alfresco, river-side.
Enjoy planning your next holiday and think about warm and friendly smiles all over Asia
